All these other rankers are illegit heres the real scoop

1: SX - Parties are aight, guys are hot and chill. Top house because theyre also hella nice.

2: TKE - Hot af, smart af, parties dope af, money af. Been on probation for a while, but honestly deserve the number 2 spot. Less cohesive than SX

3: LXA - Guys arent that cute. Brotherhood week. Reputation is good. Only carried because some individual members are famous or super rich, but overall the brotherhood game is weak. No cohesion.

4: SN/AEPi - Honestly if AEPi wasnt losing their house and constantly in trouble theyd be 4. Their sorority relations are top notch, and even when socially crippled had tight af parties. SN avoids trouble and has decent PC's, the guys are ok not really standout. SN is like the gold model for an upper mid frat.

6: Sammy: SoPro was wack. Ezoo was ok - not nearly as good as astro, and not as good as ezoo the year before. Guys are ok looking. Sorority relations are slowly improving but I think these guys are gonna stagnate with SoPro and a lot of houses now gaining momentum after coming off suspension.

7. ZBT/Pike: Honestly, if pike wasnt so incredibly aggressive with girls id put them even above sammy, but theyre kind of predatory. The guys are cutie pies and theyre learning how to throw good parties, but being predatory isnt a minor knock its more like a fundamental flaw. ZBT has the rep but their parties are underwhelming. Their guys are ok looking but theyre not the cutest.

9: Phi Delt- Kinda lame but kinda cute guys with fun parties this semester. If they had a better rep and more sorority relations theyd be higher too. It just seems like Phi Delt's identity is that theyre nicer guys, which is good but doesnt make for top house ranks.

10: Phi Sig - On the rise. Not that much rise but on some rise. not nearly as lame as they used to be. Still kind of lame though.
