letter from a real kappa

Dear USC Greek Community,

I am a real member of Kappa Kappa Gamma at USC. I find it very rude that many people here say mean things about our sisterhood. We are a group of exceptional women, and it's wrong for you to hate on us. We are nice, intelligent and beautiful women. Yes, many of us are rich but not all of us.
We have a philanthropy, so any accusations of us being spoiled, egocentric rich kids are just not true.
Please talk to us and befriend us. We can show you that we are not a stereotype of which we are often and so unfairly accused. I have Kappa- sisters who created their own businesses, give money to charity, volunteered for other charities, and traveled the world. We have a very diverse and fascinating group of women whom I am proud to call my sisters.
Yes, each and every one of them.

Don't sweat it the only people posting negative things about Kappa are the girls in the bottom tier sororities and the ones that wanted to get a bid from Kappa but had to settle or Theta or Pi Phi

Have you any idea how pompous and pretentious this sounded? I’m also a Kappa and you need to take this down. It sounds tone deaf and not in line with any of our values or initiatives. Loyally, a sister.
