which sisterhood is best to mix with?

by: Which sisterhood is best

Hi, I am in a frat and we are planning on having an epic spring mixer in May. My house is almost divided between Kappa, Delta Gamma, Pi Phi and Theta. The tie breakers will most likely be a group of about two to three dozen brothers who are on the fence about which sorority to invite.
We haven't voted yet as a chapter on whom we will select to invite, but I wanted to know from the general consensus on here, from your experiences with these sororities, are there any of the above four sororities that are NOT recommendable for an invite? The reason I am asking is because I dont want the girls whom we pick to be boring, rude, or psychotic that will get my house suspended due to their bad behavior.
I chose Greekrank as the forum to ask this question since it is anonymous and you can tell the truth here without facing repercussions.
So are there are any of the four above sororities who are really trouble even they outwardly seem cool?

Thanks for any help.

Theta is the best if you want to play it safe get girls from a Top 4 sorority who are nice and wont get crazy and cause you to be suspended.

For fun though, if you want to take a risk, go Kappa if you want the richest and hottest girls or Delta Gamma/ Pi Phi who are fun and rich but not as rich or hot as Kappa

Alpha Phi is almost destined to get you shut down, even their partying wildness may not be intentional in getting you shut down. They are genuinely nice girls in terms of their moral character as human beings but their partying ways can get out of control. They don't even deny this fact and often highlight their partying atmosphere during rush as one of their strengths.
