Generally, no it wont. Being an athlete of any sport will probably help at any house. My house (Sigma Chi) is chock full of athletes.
Dont sweat it. You already have a huge advantage as an athlete. Yes, there are some frats that have more members of one team than another but no one is thinking "Oh, he plays such and such sport, screw him."
