is there a special process for transfer students?

by:

Hi. I am an initiated member of Tau Kappa Epsilon at an east coast school who was admitted to USC and will start in the fall. I looooove TKE but I have to admit that nationally and in my local chapter, we are ranked at the bottom in everybody else's view. I heard that TKE at USC is one of the top three of four fraternities, though. My question: is the fact that I was at a bottom tier chapter at another school prevent me from being socially accepted by the cool TKE brothers at USC?
If you are not in TKE, you can stop help answer my general question of how USC chapters treat transfer students who have already been initiated in a lesser tier chapter at another school and then transferred to USC?

Thanks for any help.

TKE here is considered middle tier, we tend to self rank into the top tier, but the local TKE chapter follows the national mantra to bid everyone that walks though the door you should have no problem and fit right in.
