think tiers not ranks

Ranking individual chapters is pointless unless you want to argue with a bunch of self-rankers and sororityview, and jimbo.
There are 3 tiers, and within those popularity is based purely on personal preference.
(alphabetical order)
Top:
Lambda, Sigma Chi
Middle:
AEPi, ZBT, Sigma Nu, TKE
Bottom:
Everyone else
