are any fraternities both nice and elite?

Hi. I was wondering: are there are fraternities that are both nice and exclusive/elite. I heard that there are some that are nice but egalitarian and not elite like athletic frats while others are elite/exclusive but are not very nice.

So, are there any frats in which the brothers are both exclusive/ elite and nice?

The reason why I am asking this question is because I want to join a brotherhood that is both nice and exclusive/elite.

If you want to be in an exclusive frat it usually means that you consider yourself better than others.. exclusive and nice don’t usually go together.
