Honestly, don't go in with these opinions. Find where you find that spark. The place where you fit and where they want you too. Going into rush with these pre-perceived ideas will break your heart and you will change your mind during the process anyway.

Shoot for the middle that's what you get....

from what i've read, most of what you've heard about these houses is totally biased. chances are any other suggestion you get from this site will be biased too. just go through rush and see where you fit in. you'll find your match!

Out of these three houses, I'd say:

Aphi has the best social calendar
Tridelt has the best philanthropy/raises alot of money
and ADPi rolls deep when it comes to mixers or philanthropic events, so they tend to be more involved.

But I agree with the the statements above, try going in with an open mind to all sororities. Everyone has their own opinions, but you'll see where you're meant to end up!

I'm not in any of these houses but have friends in each of them..

Aphi has the best status social calender due to their social climbing this year, mixing with both middle and top houses.. that being said aphi and the girls I know do sort of live up to the social climber/goody two shoes rep which might personally be unappealing to me, but may not bother you/others

Tridelt's social calender is somewhat similar.. still mixing with top houses as well as middle tier houses as well. They have a rep for being "fratty" and know how to have a good time but are also known to be a "diverse" house so that means lots of randos in addition to the fun girls.. i also hear good things about delta dodgeball their philanthropy but idk how it works as ive never participated..

ADPi has really sweet, nice girls but I'd say they have the worst social calendar of the three.. I have lots of friends in ADPI and I dont think they had a single mixer with a top house all year.. however they are very involved on the row!

---of the three, seeing as you aren't looking just for ranking, I'd personally say tridelt is a good happy medium.. fun girls pretty good social calender, good philanthropy - taking into consideration the topics u asked about. aphi has a better rep however, so it really depends on what youre lookin for :)

Of those three houses, the one I would avoid is Alpha Phi. The girls I know in that house from highschool have a terrible reputation. The DDDs and the ADPs, on the other hand, are generally perceived as quality girls.

alpha phi only cares about how they are perceived by others and their sisterhood is worse than the other two but because they are more socially ambitions/desperate (subject to opinion) they do have the better social calendar out of these three--most people either like them or are terrified by them and think they are strange so it really depends on the feel you get

both Tri Delt and ADPI seem to have good reputations because while they aren't always the hottest girls they all have girl next store beauty and are very involved on campus yet still social on the row

to be honest tri delt is more sporty/fratty and diverse though that can mean a lot of randos

ADPI really cares about sisterhood and having fun on the row with any frat no matter the rank but that gives them an air of not caring about the top frats which would slow social climbing if they wanted it

all have good social calendars with all the middle frats and occasionally mixers with the top frats but honestly all are great houses with some great girls and some not so great girls

all get great formal dates and seem to have a blast during college so go with your gut and don't let anyone else convince you about rankings---you won't remember those once you graduate just all the fun you had along the way

if rank isnt the most important factor, don't go aphi. the girls are social climbers and care more about reputation than sisterhood

Factually, aphi will have te best social calendar because they're higher ranked, but you shouldn't walk in thinking about ratings. Adpi has a greatt sisterhood! So keep those in mind:)

Honestly, I have friends in all 3 houses. All 3 have great sisterhood(yes, aphi too) and would be lucky to have you. Anyone who tells you differently is trying to manipulate pnms. Find where you belong during rush. Good luck!
