oj was on a board of trustee member’s yacht

by: lol

OJ was on a board of trustee member, Rick Caruso’s yacht, when her mom was charged... I won’t believe she’s expelled till the official reports come out to be honest. All the statement said that they won’t admit new people whose parents are being charged. Odds of her getting away with it are 50/50

God, hope this isn't true. The school has already screwed up the PR of this situation and so to have one of the main characters taking a 'yacht day' with a member of the Board is probably not the best way to handle the situation. I truly wonder if the administration of this school can do any worse than it has? First to not be solid caretakers of the admissions process by policing the athletics staff and secondlyg by not immediately expelling involved students pending investigation, I'm wondering if they are totally asleep. Maybe if this is true we should call for the resignation of the involved board member? As far as I'm concerned the President should resign in shame for not doing their job of managing this school. I feel like SC is a total joke compared to other schools in this scandal and is totally behind the news curve. Who is advising the administration? The guy taking students around in his yacht? Disaster. USC now seems to mean Univesity of Suckers and Cheats!

it’s true even Caruso fessed up to it in an article. I totally agree that some action needs to be taken but I doubt it will. He’s a billionaire and board of trustees CHAIR. God knows how expensive that was...

How has the school screwed up the PR? Suckers and cheats? Speak for yourself. Majority of students were accepted fair and square.

check out the key foundations website /testimonials. it’s 60% usc students. there’s no way thats coincidence. More like the admissions was more willing to turn a blind eye to rich kids than other schools. Also it would have improved their PR to expell all those involved instantly like they would have done with such significant academic dishonesty if the perpetrators weren’t friends of the board. The name “University of Spoiled Children” didn’t come from nowhere and instead of fighting against that stigma, USC has encouraged it by letting these types of lazy students in... The Admissions office isnt stupid. They are trained to notice trends among applicants and idenitify quickly candidates who genuinely will be successful at their school. Don’t tell me that they didn’t get the hint when 50+ kids were recruited for polo or crew who didn’t end up playing. Why weren’t these students included in recruitment press releases? Because admissions knew it was a scam. Also, there’s no way they didn’t realize that something was up when kids with fake 4.0s, 1600s and perfect scores on STEM SAT subject tests started barely scrapping by at COMM classes! Congrats on your valid admission but know that a disproponiafe amount of your peers and maybe even your friends are ethically wrong

Kudos @?!! Totally agree. To the people with their heads in the sand on this scandal please wake up. NONE of this could have happened without admissions knowing what was going on. The administration knew and instead of doing the stand up thing of taking control of the admissions process made the choice to just cash the checks and spend the money. Not sure why the Dean of Admissions is STILL here either to tell you the truth. Who is managing this place and does anyone in the administration know what the hell is going on with the admissions process???
