what's going on with pike

can someone tell me why Pike is mixing like a top house this semester with little to no substantiation behind it whatsoever

Top tier girls only go there when they are really really wasted and they think they are at Phi Psi. A former top tier fraternity that got kicked off. In the daylight when they see the bros in the light they put their heads down and take the walk of shame.
