1. LXA: solidified position as top house. Best PC, decent parties, and killer reputations however must be wary of other top houses with probation out of the picture. A
2. SX: established relationships, great PCs, and decent parties-- sig chi is here to stay. A-
3. TKE: great pickups through rush and exciting energy as a house. Must be ambitious and standout this semester in order to rise. A-

4. SIG NU: while PC quality varies and sorority relations are still improving, sig nu's ability to stay out of trouble and throw good parties helps it rise to the top of upper mid tier frats. A-
5. AEPI: if AEPI can stay out of trouble, throw a great social calendar, and find a good house for next year, then they look in good shape, if not, a fall is predicted. B+
6. ZBT: ranked above sammy because of suspension drama, zbt needs to capitalize on rush success to have a standout semester (good relations, better parties) B
7. SAMMY: ranked lower because of trouble with the school. Sammy needs to capitalize on their highly regarded parties to improve relations. Potential for rise if able to take a PC. B+
(LARGE GAP)
8. PIKE: large room for rise if able to consistently capitalize on decent their strengths: party space/ name recognition. Need for reputation fix however and quality of PC remains to be seen. B-
9. PHI DELT: phi delt needs more personality and a quick brand rehaul before it can truly begin rising again. Decent parties, PC, and house however. C+
10. PHI SIG: opportunity to establish a niche spot on the row and capitalize on numerous lower sorority relations. Possibility for rise with good PC and ambitious social. C

Lambda finds the top place on the row currently, but only in the absence of Phi Psi. It has not reached the dominant A+/S range that Phi Psi was able to reach although the future holds many possibilities.

Good luck Far Cry when you come back as a colony in about a decade, having to compete with Bottom houses like Chi Phi, KS

It's a close call.. AEPI sorority relations are better, but due to their suspension last semester Sig Nu has been more active.

You can't be relevant if you are always suspended. Getting off suspension would be huge for them.

Actually it should read big gap after Sigma Chi, TKE is not on the same level as Sigma Chi or Lambda Chi, most would even put them below SN
