official 2019 spring frat rankings with descriptions

LXA
Personally I wouldn't have them as number one, but unfortunately from an unbiased point of view, they have it all (almost). Lambda has the best sorority relations, amazing parties, and good looking brothers. The only thing that makes me want to put them below Sig chi is the fact that most of the brothers in the house are stuck up/d0uchebags and the "fraternity" part of this frat is almost non-existent. But, again, still #1 because everything else they do, they do it the best.

Sigma Chi
Personally my favorite. Dope ass kids who are down to earth and easy tot all to. Amazing party space with great alumni and great sorority relations. #2 because lambda gets slightly better PC's and sorority relations.

TKE
Somewhere between a top tier frat and a top mid tier frat. These guys have amazing sorority relations and a LOAD OF MONEY. Their two house set up is super dope. #3 because a lot of weird guys and not really top house material yet. Great sorority relations.

AEPi
A lot of people put Sig Nu here. That is where I disagree. Although sig nu is more consistent and is on suspension WAYY less often, AEPI overall has better sorority relations and better parties/events.

Sigma Nu/ZBT
Both of these houses are really good houses to be in. Although they don't have AMAZING parties and top tier sorority relations I believe they can still easily be a top fraternity at any other school in America. Neither is distinctly worse than any of the frats at USC.

Sammy/Pike
Sammy has slightly better sorority relations and parties. Pike has a better name and still decent sorority relations. Sometimes it gets hard to separate these two because one is always moving up or down. Sammy also has a lot of $$$.

Phi Sig/Phi delt
This is where we reach the point where rushing becomes questionable. Phi Sig is SLOWLY on the rise and in recent years has had decent parties and sorority relations. Phi delt has worse parties but more consistent sorority relations. Both have a decent amount of weird guys but for the most part not enough to go below the rest.

Rounds off the main fraternities at USC.

Beta
Weirdly in its own tier between lower and mid. They're coming off a long probation and so really the only reason why they aren't bottom is because they starting having events and mixing with sororities again.

ChiPhi/DTD/Kappa Sig
Chi phi "on the rise" because they have events unlike Kappa sig. DTD has been trapped in this tier for many years, they have a dope party space and alumni but just can't seem to move up. Kappa Sig has been almost nonexistent at USC for the past year.

Phi tau
Colony. Not a really frat yet.
