let's get real: definitive 2018 sorority rankings

Ok guys, let's talk about the reality of sororities at USC. With there being so few sororities for so many girls going through rush, the cluster analysis below is what has happened. Take it or leave it.
There are basically four tiers:
Tier 1: DG/Kappa - the top houses, have been for years, will be for the future. Alumni/legacy base keep it so. Poll the row, 4 out of 5 will validate this.
Tier 2: Theta/Pi Phi/APhi - these girls have become interchangeable and typically are friends/roommates - it's a matter of taste. Quirky - Theta; Wild - Pi Phi; Insta-obsessed - Aphi. The only girls disappointed in this group are Texas girls who get APhi because they've been trained since birth that Kappa - Pi Phi - Theta are the only names worth considering. They lose this disappointment when they realize that if they marry a California boy and have a daughter unfortunate enough to go to UCLA, they have the top house legacy.
Tier 3: Tri Delt/ADPI - a mixture, most pref'd a house above, but then are perfectly fine when they see that there are a ton a nice girls in these houses
Tier 4: The rest.
The word has been spoken.

Soo.. are the "tiers" indicating that the girls( or guys for that matter) in a specific group are BETTER human beings than others? Who decides this? If its money that the kid just happened to be born into or beauty that is also a gift nothing the person did to receive it.. how are they better than others? This constant fight to rank and decide who is on top is tiring and misleading and very high school. but carry on
