unbiased sorority rankings/descriptions

This is a non-biased review of the sororities at USC with the pros and cons of every house. Everyone should be making their own judgements going through rush but overall this is how most people view the houses. DON'T TAKE THIS TOO SERIOUSLY.

DG - DG is known for having the prettiest girls who are super bubbly and fun and this is accurate. They might not all have a lot of depth and have one of the lowest GPAs on the row, but the frats definitely love mixing with them. DGs are known for having picture perfect instas and usually only mix with Lambda/Sig Chi/TKE.

Kappa - Kappa is obviously known for having pretty and very wealthy/elitist/spoiled girls. They used to be on the same level as DG, but their recent pc's have been a weird mix of what they used to look for and what they're trying to change their image to. Girls that would usually go kappa are now looking at DG/other top houses. Kappa is very hard to get a big from and Kappas love Sig Chis/Aepis/Lambdas.

Theta - Theta is known for having "down to earth" smart girls with one of the highest GPAs on the row. They're a mostly attractive house but they definitely have a few beat girls. Thetas are known more for personalities than looks. They're definitely a lot "quirkier" than the other top 4. Theta mixes with most houses, but mostly TKE/Sig Chi/Aepi/Sig Nu.

Pi Phi - Pi phi is known for having hot party girls. They are definitely one of the rowdier houses and guys like to party with them. A few cons are that they are cliquey and tend to sway on the ratchet side, but people tend to like pi phis. Pi Phis are similar to Theta in that they mix with a variety of houses, but Lambda/TKE/Aepi mostly.

These are the Core 4. Kappa/Theta/Pi Phi are all kind of on the same level, it just depends what vibe you're looking for.

A Phi - Alpha Phi is aproaching Core 4 status. They definitely have a mix of really cool pretty girls and some kind of strange/out of place girls. A Phi mostly mixes with ZBT/Sig Nu but they have some stand out girls that are loved by the top frat houses. I'd say if Alpha Phi keeps going on this trend with cool new pc's, they could soon turn the Core 4 into Core 5.

Tri Delt - Tri Delt has a few girls who should have been in top houses, but for the most part Tri Delts are a complete mix. They tend to mix with sammy the most. Tri Delts are generally known for being really nice but are a long way from being on the same level as A Phi.

Adpi - Generally known for being very smart/nice girls. Would say they're on the same level as Tri Delt. They're more diverse than the houses above them and aren't really superficial.

G Phi - G Phi has a similar vibe to Adpi. They get very similar PNMs. They have substance and definitely have a few stand outs in regards to looks. They don't have the best frat relations but that doesn't disregard from the fact that they're generally well-liked.

Don't know much about the others so don't want to give a false view on the houses. I've heard that AXO has extremely nice girls and they definitely have a great sisterhood.
