how is pike

I am am transferring to USC this spring and currently a member of pike from when I pledged at my previous uni. How is pike here in all honesty?

pike was the top house here like over 10 yrs ago and then were kicked off. They came back around 2010 and have slowly been improving. They are the best they have been since they came back but still have a ways to go.
