Lambda, Sig Chi, TKE- generally the target for most guys because they only mix with “top sororities” and those sororities generally only have functions with them.
Sig nu-has been throwing a lot of parties and is up and coming fersure. Give it a few years and they may join the ones above.
ZBT- same as sig nu but not to the same extent.
Sammy/ AEPi- nice dudes and have had some dope tailgates.
Other houses- I’m not as ware of, but in the end it doesn’t matter where you end up. Your on the row and are going to have a great time no matter what so don’t sweat it.

Agree that TKE should NEVER be classed with Lambda Chi or Sigma Chi. There is a humongous gap between those two and TKE, however I don’t think TKE should be behind SAMMY, I think the consensus is TKE is somewhere between ZBT and AEPI.
