gdis at tailgates

I go to Cal and was visiting some friends that are in a upper mid fraternity (won't mention which one) at USC and I noticed a lot of guys that were at the tailgate that were not in the fraternity or knew someone. My friend had to kick one out but there were so many GDIs there. How do they get in so easily at SC? At cal this isn't a problem.

You must have been at the SAMMY house. Sammy is more a middle to lower middle tier house not upper tier. Their membership has been tanking so they normally allow anyone to attend their parties just to have some bodies there.
