LOL its usc... of course you can. OJ did. Plus i got denied as freshman applicant but when my dad made a generous donation the summer i got rejected, I was accepted as a sophomore transfer with a 3.58 GPA. So yes, you can.

The stats that all universities push are falling freshman admits. Spring and transfers aren't in those stats....
