Phi Delt is lower, ZBT is on par with Sig Nu, you missed a couple houses: FIJI, KSig, PhiSig, Dchi.

Sororities are spot on, maybe Gphi is one above AXO in its own category.

TKE is above AEPI and is perhaps even a bit above SAE at this point. Ask around you'll get the same opinions.
