id say lambda but that's just my personal opinion.

Each person has their own opinions. I personally think that Sigma Chi has a better reputation (nicer guys, still good looking, fun, down to earth, loves to party) and is well known/respected nationally (which could mean strong connections). They also have a much stronger brotherhood than Lamba, whereas Lamba is more so known as a "social frat" (meaning that they only really hangout to party). However, all the girls do love their Lambas and go crazy forLamba Chi Academy. I mean, what girl doesn't enjoy dressing up as a schoolgirl, and what guy doesn't enjoy fulfilling that fantasy? That all being said, both are great frats to consider. Just go through rush see which frat you like/fit in with best.

@honest has it pretty much right. Idk about SAE, but yeah check out AEPi. They throw great parties.

there are plenty of houses that throw good parties. i think phi sig is really under rated. they always have good drinks and the guys are super nice

Both houses are excellent nationally and here. Lambda Chi throw the best parties.
