Everyone comes in with that mindset thinking they can get a mid tier house, and it probably wont happen...

With that mindset you might not even get a house:) Rush is more competitive these days and even the “bottom houses” have great girls. Seriously so many girls got dropped and couldn’t even get into a house. The pcs were all really good (though adpi and agd had pretty low numbers). I know people get joy from pitting sororities against each other, but if u take a step back none of the houses are that bad. So get over yourself before rush starts, don’t come off as desperate, and maybe one of the houses will give u a shot!

Ranks don't really matter too much honestly. All houses have some good and some bad. Pick a house you vibe with, if you're even still around by bid day (seriously you might not be:). Not to scare you but I know a lot of really cool girls who got dropped. Don't take it personally, rush is competitive even for lower tiers.

Not sure what the other guy is talking about, Tri Delt has dropped hard. Their current PC's beat af and has lots of socially awkward girls

GPhi and AXO have been getting a lot better but the rest of the middle tier is slipping honestly
