pike vs sammy
by: serious question for yallIf you had a bid to both pike and sammy which would you choose and why? Just asking bc im a legacy at both pike and sammy. yes I have two dads but the beside the point. Which house is better/ cooler? thanks

honestly neither pull that hard, pike is deff the more traditional fraternity experience. Sammy does throw good registers but were pretty irrelevant up until last year after they moved into their new house. Pike just moved into a very sick house so only time will tell what will happen but im assuming they are gonna rise a bit in the next year. The new house will help them out ALOT during rush....

Sammy is objectively a better house. Better quality of guys on average in new pledge classes and significantly better parties. Pike is improving but still they’re same old pike with beat guys ending up in their pcs and ehh parties. Mansion was so hyped up but ended up being weak in the new house. Both solid houses overall but sammy is just in a better place
