Sigma Chi - Top dogs. Subpar PC but there looking good in every other aspect

LXA - In their own league with sig chi. Hottest PC on the row for 2 semesters now.

TKE - Top but not in the same league as Sig chi and lambda. Probation isn't helping either.

AEPi - Upper mid. First good pc in a long time, still far from being a top house

Sig Nu - Upper mid, good guys and really fun there just a little weird but in a good way

ZBT/Sammy - Upper mid. ZBT is more popular, sammy is more fun so take your pick

Pike - Mid tier. PC was ok, register was a flop. New house could help a lot

Phidelt - Mid tier. Good PC and improved their parties a lot but becoming irrelevant

PiKapp - Mid tier. PC was nothing special, parties might get better outside

Lambda Chi is considered #1 by all Greeks and has been for a decade.

ether you want to be taken seriously move TKE into the middle tier. TKE is not even considered the top of the middle tier

Pretty accurate except lambda should for sure be above sig chi bc their pc is literally10/10 and sig chis is beat

Pike has had a good semester but they are not better than phidelt yet

TKE is not even remotely close to the status of ΣΧ and ΛΧΑ

Phi delt and pikapp threw some lame parties recently. Phi sig has been throwing some pretty good parties. I don't know if they're above phi delt but I think they're above pikapp. Also pikes above ZBT considering their probation.
