pike fixing up old sig ep frat house

I noticed Pike must be spending lots of money fixing up that crappy old Sig Ep house this summer All new stuff throughout and it will probably be the nicest house on the row (inside at least). Someone told me they were spending $25k on chromed out letters alone.

Oh my mistake, that is AGD getting all the high end work. The only thing Pike is doing is taking out the single-man showers and making one big prison style gang shower to be more like Sigma Chi...
