middle/bottom house qualities?

honestly I think a lot of it has to do with visibility AKA how often do the girls go out, do they socialize, do they hang out publicly, etc

Higher-ranked houses tend to go out more from what I've noticed. They seem to make their visibility a priority, whereas the lower-ranked houses are more chill about it. I don't really think its about looks; the reality is that there are attractive girls and not so attractive girls in every house. Top ranked houses may get the few top pnms, but after that its kinda random. I've also seen some very attractive girls in lower houses, which means they might just want a more "down to earth" sorority. Although each house has a different vibe, rush is still very competitive and the girls who decide to rush have a lot in common. So to some degree the rankings are kinda irrelevant, just pick what house you vibe with.
