which house is best for me?

I'm transferring to USC next year, and I'm debating on which houses to rush.
Me: Preppy, classy, Laid Back, Goofball (not awkward), social, talkative, likes to drink, likes to get wild, into sports, not douchey (ok, sometimes I'm a little douchey just to fit in with the guys)
I'm thinking of rushing: Sigma Chi, Pi Kapp, Pike, Lambda Chi Alpha, SAE

You sound like any other frat guy on the row. But as far as preppy goes, lambda is pretty preppy. But really wen you rush, it's a matter of which house you click with. There's lots of guys in all the houses who share these same characteristics you have. It's when you talk to the guys, and they get to know you better and you get to know them, that you'll know which house is best for you.
