tips on getting lambda bid?

This is going to be my third time rushing Lambda in the fall and I think this is going to be best opportunity to get that golden ticket of Lambda bid.
First off, I'm damn good looking and have already dated (banged) several super hot top tier sorority girls.
Secondly, I won't mention which sport but I am member of one of SC's top ranked sports teams and lot of people know who I am just from that.
Third, last year I started professional modeling and I have done several runway shows in Europe and been published in GQ and Men's Health.
I feel like I have everything covered.
What else do I need to do?
If it doesn't workout this time around I'll stop rushing all together. I won't consider joining another frat under any circumstances even though I have been offered bids from all the other supposed top frats which I have rejected time after time as it's going be Lambda or nothing.

I never got that Lambda bid I dreamed of so I ended up joining another frat which completely sucks. We'll never be Lambda and everyone in my frat knows it.

I didn't start modeling until the spring so I only had two of the three items covered during last rush. I'm currently with Wihelmina in NYC and LA where I split my working time. I do men's sport and swim fashion. I also rep several male make-up lines which are up and coming. More and more guys think make-up is worthwhile to get that extra edge in your look

Lambda does the most embarrassing things online and this is a clear example. Least respected frat out there.
If you ask any Lambda, they will tell this Jimbo character posts all this crap. He's a Lambda from Montana or some place else and was a wannabe SC Lambda but never was allowed to affiliate. Worked at their national until he got fired
