To be honest, some of the houses dirty rush by checking your social media before rush even begins. They do this to try and get the models or celebrity kids before other houses do although it’s against the rules to make contact with PNMs. Otherwise, the houses don’t have time for it.

Some of the houses don’t care about breaking the rules or getting fined as long as they get who they want they just pay the fine. Rules mean nothing to some of them.
