usc fraternity dues

by: Potential Fratter

I'm thinking of rushing a fraternity next year at USC. I read that the dues vary from house to house, but my friend told me that it was going to be around $5,000. Is this true? That's really expensive, and if so, I don't know if I would be able to afford it.

If you have to ask about costs, you shouldn't join a frat. Poor kids make the best GDIs!

our pike dues cost about 3 grand a semester but we're bumping them up to 4k/semester for the new house

Are those Pike dues for brothers living in the house, or for all brothers (living in and out of the house?)

This guy is fake. Pike dues are substantially more than he says. $4k sounds like a bar tab!

It's about $2k (give or take) for non-live-ins, $5k to live in (again, give or take).

If you are on a budget fraternity life is probably not for you. Probably 100% of fraternity members have multi-millionaire if not billionaire parents
