sophomore transfer rushing
by: ED445I am going to be a freshman at UCSD, but I have always wanted to attend USC. UCSD's vibes is just not something I would be into for 4 years. so I plan on transferring to SC for my sophomore year and I was wondering if any fraternities give bids to 2nd years?
