frat transfer

Yo I'm transferring to usc as a sophomore and I wanna rush a frat. However, I'm rushed a frat at my old school and they dont seem to have the presence I'm looking for at usc. Can I re rush or dirty rush somehow? Also how much are dues typically

No ones gonna wanna have you dirty rush and get them in trouble. Try and make friends with guys in fraternities and rush in the spring with the other transfers and freshmen.
