3 sorority questions

by:    

1) How will fall rush be different now that freshman cant rush? Will they take more sophomores and juniors/seniors?
2) If you rushed previously, will the same houses cut you?
3) How important are letters of rec?

Any other rush advice appreciated, I'm extremely nervous. :)

Sororities aren’t subject to deferred rush? So freshman can rush this fall
