Sammy - Best parties, pcs getting better, sorority relations are the worst here

Sig Nu - Really good parties, last few pcs are very hot, starting to mix with top houses

ZBT - Worst parties, last few pcs were questionable, sorority relations are 2nd after AEPi.

CLEARLY Sigma Nu is the best top of the middle house
