Take all the girls in Aphi, Gphi, Tri Delt, and ADPi, put them together and you’d never know which house they’re in. They are literally equal in the appearance department. In fact, the only reason they’re not considered top houses is because USC attracts celebrities, models, and etc that other schools do not attract.

you must be blind if you think aphi and adpi are equal in appearance. not a fan of aphi at all but come on, adpi is not known for having hot girls

Honestly you’re right. I think Gphi has even had Miss Hollywood and song girl. Those 4 houses totally equal. Every house, including top houses have unattractive girls.

You’re right, if 80% of your house is beat then you’re lower tier for sure. However, mid tier houses aren’t 80% beat. They’re mostly attractive and the mid houses are pretty equal to one another in terms of attractive/ beat percentages. Tridelt, Gphi, a Phi-all similar give or take a few %s

This is the way it's always been and probably will always be close to. The only thing that needs to change is that Aphi is the teensiest bit above tridelt, not the same level, and gphi is bottom tier.
