Yeah forreal aphi is LEAPS AND BOUNDS above tridelt. Aphi has very similar girls to top houses and is almost even with pi phi. The only reason they arent considered to be in the “top four” is because they dont have the ~history~ that the top four do. Kappa, dg, theta, and pi phi have been the top four houses for DECADES so it’s just been hard for aphi to penetrate that invisible wall. Aphi girls are of the same quality, the house just doesnt have the same “je ne sais quoi” and name recognition.
