sororities

How likely is it to get into the "core four" as a transfer? Obviously my parents aren't loaded (hence the transfer) but my family is still upper middle class. Do sororities discriminate against transfers (specifically community college)? Do they have rules about how many transfers they'll take during rush? Do they generally take mixed race gals?
