frat/sorority rankings

Ok so i recently transferred here and in all seriousness, what makes a frat/sorority the "best" one? Is it money? Hotness? The way their house is arranged?

It’s really just who the houses mix with. Sororities are based on hotness and money, the best frats are the ones who with the best sororities
