First of all LXA is NOT never was and probably will never be a top house. Repeating you are a top house over and over again is no fooling anyone who actually goes to USC and is a member of the Greek System.
Top Tier: TKE and Sigma Chi
Upper Middle: Sigma Nu ZBT AEPi
Lower aMiddle: Phi Delt LXA SAE (returning 2018)
Lower Tier: Who the F cares???
SAE will have a Ton of $$$ but will rebuild that first year. I expect them to climb into Upper Middle by 2019.

@Fratty LOL Stop making such a fool out of yourself and TKE. Lambda Chi IS the top fraternity at USC and has been for decades. Even when SAE was here SAE was the backup plan if you Lambda Chi passed on you. TKE NEVER was is not now nor NEVER will be a top tier fraternity, they are just Theta Xi on steroids. Anyone not familiar with USC and wants to know the top fraternity just ask a member of one of the top sororities Delta Gamma, Kappa Kappa Gamma and Kappa Alpha Theta. Out of Lambda Chi Alpha, or TKE which is the top house or which you would rather partner with, the answer would be 100%, NOT 99% or even 99.99% Lambda Chi Alpha. Not one person would EVER pick TKE over Lambda Chi not even ONE person. This would also be true if the choice was between Sigma Chi and TKE not ONE single person would pick TKE over Sigma Chi. TKE is a middle tier house on their best day. Just because they give a bid to ever single person that walks though their door and go for quantity over quality does not make you top tier. TKE is just a BOTTOM tier quality fraternity that bids everyone. They are a big version of Theta Xi.

Last year the 3 TOP sororities ΔΓ,ΚΚΓ,ΚΑΘ partnered with the TOP 3 fraternities ΛΧΑ,ΠΚΨ,ΣΧ. ΤΚΕ is a bottom tier fraternity masquerading as a middle tier that self ranks into the top tier.

Lambda is the top fraternity at USC and has been for years. You are totally delusional TKE no where near the level aka lambda and TKE is DEFINATELY not top tier.

Lambda Chi does NOT party with the top sororities. Philanthropy events do not count. The ONLY top houses at USC are TKE and Sigma Chi as they actually party with top sororities. LXA is below Phi Delt

THIS FALL kappa kappa gamma went to homecoming with lambda, delta gamma went with SX, and theta went with phi psi. TKE is not once mentioned, you guys were lucky to go with pi phi. so pipe down about being a top house when you have anything but money to back it up

Lambda is not a top house except in your delusional mind. Top houses party with top sororities and only TKE and SX do. Sorry to burst your bubble. LXA is a lower Mid frat below Phi Delt and even Pike.
