Top frats are: defined by:
1. Who parties with top sororities
2 Size - larger is better
3. Quality of members: Varsity athletes, models, actors, sons of famous people etc.
4. Alumni network but to a lesser extent than 1-3
5. Even less extent philanthropy, community relations etc.
By that definition the ONLY TOP HOUSES at USC are
TKE Sigma Chi and to a lesser extent AEPi.
Lambda Chi does not meet any of the above criteria except for maybe number 2 and number 4,5.

TKE and AEPI are NOT TOP TIER!. As a DG the #1 sorority I can honestly say LXA IS the #1 fraternity at USC. With Phi Psi out andSigma Chi on SB Lambda Chi is on the top of the pyramid In a tier by them selves. DG,KAPPA and THETA would NEVER EVER EVER EVER pick TKE or AEPI over LXA in fact NO sorority would EVER pick TKE or AEPI over LXA..... Now go back to your middle tier mediocrity and stop making fools out of yourself!
