The Elite:
TKE - Fantastic semester so far. New top house
SX - Also had a good semester, fun tailgates. Will fight TKE for #1
LXA - OK Semester. Fun parties and tailgates but seem to be slipping in comparison to top 2
AEPi - Good parties, good tailgates and already mix with top houses. new #4
The upper tier:
ZBT - Very good semester, would be top tier if they moved into a better house with good party space
SigNu- OK semester, still in trouble. Can swap spots with ZBT when they're back
Sammy - Great semester, super fun tailgates and parties.
Phidelt - OK semester. Small parties and no tailgating has hurt them badly
The Middle:
Pike - Ok semester. Tailgates were meh but very fun parties
PiKapp - Ok semester, register was a let down
Beta - OK semester. no tailgates and bad parties
The Rest:
Not even worth the time

For starters, a freshman girl would not say rip phi psi because they have been kicked off the row since before you came to school here. Tke did not have a "fantasic semester so far," they were in trouble the entire time and no girls wanted to associate with them because they could get in trouble. If anything AEPI moved down, they were also in trouble the entire time. Phi Delt is far below Pike, and EX/LXA are top house. THis was a tke or aepi jimbo post
