Lambda Chi is NOT anywhere close to top tier. They are a middle tier at best and spiraling downward. Rank is TKE SX then a huge gap with SN ZBT AEPi then maybe Lambda although some would rate them below Phi Delt and Sammy.

To all IDIOTS - A top house parties with DG Kappa etc. Only two frats donut which are SX and TKE.
