They’ll all be doing spring recruitment — but spring will be formal, so it will look like fall recruitment has always looked. COB will take place in fall.

no, the rule goes into effect next school year, so this spring will NOT be formal recruitment. no word on if all the houses will be doing cob/informal yet though
