trying to get into a top fraternity

So I'll be transferring this year. Hopefuly I'll end up in USC... I was wondering how hard is it to get a bid at a top frat here. I know in my school it's impossible with no connections as a sophomore. As a junior you'd be f'd. Also I'm planning to stay in school an extra year so that I can take the classes I want so I'll techniquely be a sophomore with a lot of credits.
