You forgot TKE!, they are falling but not enough to fall into the bottom tier.I think they are still solidly middle tier maybe not the top of the middle tier though.

Haven't seen Pi kapp's pledge class but i kno sammy has a very strong one. It is close but sammy is better

somewhat agree... phi delt parties usually kinda suck, sammy and pi kapp def throw better ones. but idk i feel like phi delt is still the better fraternity overall out of the 3
