I am planning on transferring next semester as a Junior... Do sororities accept Junior pledges?

Yes, USC recruitment (at least this year) has been fine for sophs and jrs. It really helps if you can meet some people or connect with friends you already have in houses there so they can pull for you. I know for a fact there is a Jr. in a top house who pledged this year. She even went through as a freshman, pledged a different top house, quit that house and then went through this year. There were Jr. pledges in most houses.

The so-called "top house" that took Jrs. this year is the same "top house" that had to give out snap bids.

it really depends on who you are. just being honest, they let in more juniors now than they used to but it's still competitive. you'd have to have probably been a "top house" type girl as a freshman to get into a top house as a junior. that said you are likely to actually get placed now (GPhi/ADPi) instead of even a year ago when you might have gotten dropped from all houses right away

Does anyone know if there is a quota for sophomores/juniors?

Juniors aren't included in quota so that's why houses don't take them equally, freshmen and sophomores are viewed the same
