what houses will rise ?

USC has always had 3-4 frats in the upper middle tier. ATO, SAE, FIJI and AEPI were the last to hold those spots before their demise. What houses are most likely to rise into that tier with zbt and sigma nu?

I think that Lambda Chi will finally move into the top tier this fall
