race and greek life
by: newfreshmanSo I'm an incoming freshman who wants to rush a fraternity. I'm brown and keep seeing on here and Reddit that USC's greek system is discriminatory. Can I get some honest answers of whether this is true or not?

I think you need to look no further than pictures of the houses. The top houses are nearly all white with a few "exceptions" or tokens which could be someone who's brown or black or really any race except white. As you venture down the "ranks" you will see more colors but yes race matters in the Greek system. Be rich, famous, or an athlete and you could be an exception .
