transfer chances for top tier frat

Obviously wanna be in a good house, transferred in from a 4 year and would know if being older hurts your chances at a bid from a top tier house. Just trying to get a sense of the intensity of Greek Life here

I know a dude who transferred from a CC after taking 2 years off to work and travel. Guy made it into a top house, its all about how you come off. If you're a genuine dude and guys in the chapter can resonate with that you'll get a bid. Phi Psi despite being top actually has a diverse chapter w/ guys from all types of backgrounds

Fall recruitment will be a lot harder since they go hard for Freshmen, but Spring is always there
