As always Lambda Chi ran away with the #1 best PC with no one even close. When 99.99% of rushees have Lambda Chi as their goal, Lambda Chi hand selects the best and the ones that don't make the cut are fought over by lower tier fraternities.

Small correction Phi Psi had the #2 best PC, That is because they got first crack at those passed over by Lambda Chi.
