Is it true that the administration will not allow frat parties next year because of what Theta did? Will Theta even be allowed to take a pc or have social?

first off, theta didn't "do" anything. you can't blame a whole sorority for the actions of one person

thats not how it works sweetie... if a member of a house does something it reflects on that entire house. especially if it was at the house's philanthropy...
